MY TECH GUY SITE & Branding

Goals

MyTechGuy is an IT consulting and computer care company rooted in customer service. They needed a strong online presence and a brand that reflects their values. Most of their clients are computer novices, so the website had to be friendly and simple to use.

Role

As CD of my own freelance business, I directed a map designer, a photographer, and a developer in the production/release of the website. I established the brand's tone of voice, refined the logo, and designed the site. A customer can now quickly explore the company's services, book an appointment, or even check their repair status using a custom built tracker.
